Booking an exhibition stand does NOT include entry into the conference, this must be booked separately.
We are again placing our Supplier Members and their exhibition stands, at the heart of the Conference. This is a great opportunity for Delegates and Suppliers to meet up. Firstly, from when our doors open before the Conference starts there will be opportunities to share a cup of coffee. There will be breaks throughout the day and we will be serving a buffet lunch alongside the Exhibition to create an exciting yet relaxed atmosphere for business networking and finally over
afternoon tea.

THIS IS LIMITED TO ONE EXTRA STAND MANNER PER EXHIBITOR. No extra stand manners are allowed for Poseur tables due to lack of space.
Exhibition Plan
This year's Supplier Exhibition will be held in the room where lunch, coffee and tea breaks will be served.
There are twenty-one 1.5 x 1.5m table spaces and three poseur table spaces (2, 4 & 8) available for you to book. If you would like to use your own stand the table can be removed however your stand MUST NOT be larger than the space allocated. There is also the option to book two adjacent tables if you would prefer a double size stand area, please contact the office for prices.

£395 + VAT includes up to 2 stand manners. One additional stand manner can be booked at a cost of £25, please contact the office at dsaoffice.org.uk
Poseur Table - 1.5 x 1.5m space
(you can bring one 850mm maximum width roller banner only)
£250 + VAT includes one person to man the stand. No additional stand manners can be booked.
All Table stands include coffee, lunch and tea for up to two people. Poseur tables include coffee, lunch and tea for one person.
